Because of demand please allow 4-6 weeks before an item is shipped. If you need expedited shipping contact us before placing your order to go over options. Some items might be in stock and can be shipped within a few days. Custom orders could take longer than the 4-6 weeks. If you have questions please contact us so we can meet your expectations.

Since these items are handmade we can’t accept returns unless the item was damaged during shipping or defective. We can’t accept returns for custom or personalized orders. The beauty about wood is the diversity of the wood grain. Since each piece of wood is different like a fingerprint we can’t account for the random characteristics of each piece. Each piece of wood is handpicked and no two items are exactly alike. If you have issues feel free to contact us with any concerns.

If your item was damaged during shipping please contact us within 14 days of delivery. After approval we’d need the item returned within 30 days after delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the customer is responsible for any loss in value.

We do offer custom orders. For example, if you like the style of our flags but don’t see what you want let us know! Contact us to see if we can make that item for you. If you don’t see it in the store that doesn’t mean we can’t or won’t make it.

If you’re interested in renting items for photo and film shoots, home staging for selling a home, or anything else contact us for details. We also offer custom builds so don’t worry if the store doesn’t have what you need.
