The whole process took almost 7 hours but was compressed to a 5 minute video. We made a time-lapse video of making a Chicago Bears sign from start to finish. The video starts off showing how we make panels of solid wood. You get to see how we sanded the boards down. We don’t use any CNC machines here. You’ll get to see how we use our trusty scroll saw to cut out the design. The entire sign is colored using stain to allow the wood grain to show through. We finish the video with showing you how we put all the pieces together to make the final design. Hope you enjoy!
